What we do (Focus and Choice)
We start by collecting and clarifying what you already know.
Who are you really for? What value do you create? What sets you apart?Each team member responds to a diagnostic survey (quantitative + qualitative) to map alignment.
Together we run two workshops where we make the real choices: what to focus on, what to drop, and what to prioritize.
Based on this, we create a simple, precise strategy document that works as your decision tool, not a report gathering dust.
